Once your appointment at Johns Hopkins has been confirmed, our Guest Services Coordinator can assist you with travel and lodging arrangements related to your visit to Johns Hopkins.
Our Travel Coordinator can make or change airline and hotel reservations and recommend sightseeing options in the region. Please send an e-mail to guestservices@jhmi.edu for information about our travel arrangement services.
Baltimore-Washington International Airport
BWI Airport is the closest international port of entry to Baltimore. It is located approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Baltimore and Johns Hopkins. For general information, call 1-410-859-7111 and ask for the specific airline carrier.
Dulles International Airport
Located in Northern Virginia, just south of Washington, D.C., Dulles International Airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore and Johns Hopkins. For general information, call 1-703-471-7596 and ask for the specific airline carrier.
Reagan National Airport
Located in Washington, D.C., this airport is convenient for domestic flights only if you are staying in the Washington area. It is located approximately one hour from downtown Baltimore and Johns Hopkins. For general information, call 1-703-685-8000 and ask for the specific airline carrier.
If you wish, Johns Hopkins International Patient Services can arrange for a sedan car or limousine to meet you and take you to your hotel upon arrival at either Dulles International Airport or Baltimore-Washington International Airport, the closest international ports of entry to the Baltimore region. Please note that you must have a confirmed appointment at Johns Hopkins to request this service.
